INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Are you traveling to Sensors Expo from outside of the domestic U.S.? If so, we encourage you to take a moment and review the procedures for obtaining a visa.

The U.S. State Department advises anyone applying for a temporary visa to enter the U.S. should plan on the process to take significantly longer than it has in the past. The visa application form is available online: http://evisaforms.state.gov/. U.S. Consular Services suggests that you begin the application process at least 120 days prior to your planned departure date. For additional information on the wait time to obtain an interview, contact the Consular Section of http://usembassy.state.gov/. For more information, visit the Visa Section of travel.state.gov, an official source of information about United States visa policy and procedures.

During your visa interview, you will likely need to present your visa letter of invitation. The visa letter of invitation can also assist as a supporting document. You can request a visa letter of invitation by email. Please complete the online registration and then make a request for a Sensors 2017 invitation letter to sensors@xpressreg.net.
